The customer or his agent should be available at all stages of the move whether in person or by telephone. The customer is responsible to check the inventory list for accuracy and to sign all pages of the inventory list and bill of lading upon receipt of shipment. Standard business practice requires the customer to pay the minumum estimated CF as written on his/her estimate. This is because that specific volume has been set aside for the customer's use and cannot be filled by another shipment. If you request more services than those included in the estimate, full payment for those added services may be required at the time of delivery. |

Moving Tip #1
Show your appreciation for work well done! Although, tipping is optional, it is very much appreciated. Our guys work hard. The average tip is approximately 15% of the volume charges. The foreman orchestrates the move, so you may want to consider giving him a little something extra for his performance. |
